REVIEW: Too Faced Chocolate Bon Bons

By now, you can probably tell how much I love products by Too Faced cosmetics, given that it dominates my blog. This was a product that I had been waiting to try for a very, very long time and fortunately, I received this as a gift from my cousin from the States and it is Too Faced Chocolate Bon Bons Palette from their chocolate collection.

Just like it’s partners, it too comes with it’s own mouth-watering chocolate scent. I love the packaging, mainly due to the fact that i’m obsessed with anything that’s coloured pink.

Description: A decadently sweet cocoa powder infused palette of 16 matte and shimmer eyeshadows. Create the perfect eye looks and naturally boost your mood with antioxidant rich chocolate.

I still can’t decide whether I prefer this over the Sweet Peach Palette but I can say that I love this product overall. My most favourite feature are the various shade of browns which I personally prefer to use on a daily basis. Once again, the shadows are well pigmented but I still have the same issue with this as I did with the Sweet Peach Palette in which the pink shades lack pigment. However for the most part, I like this palette very much and would continue using this for my daily makeup routine.

Pros:

  • Well pigmented
  • Attractive packaging
  • Appealing scent

Cons:

  • Expensive
  • Pink shades lack pigment

Overall rating: 4/5
